The anticipated salary range is $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience and accompanied by a benefits package that includes health insurance, continuing education, and optional pension. The ideal candidate has at least three years of children’s ministry experience, a passion for equipping volunteers, completed a four-year bachelor’s degree, and has supervised staff.
