Vickie has the role of connecting people and churches with each other and the greater connection of The United Methodist Church. We do that by overseeing and planning the Session of the Mississippi Annual Conference, UMCOR, UMVIM, the Mississippi Conference Board of Global Ministries, Discipleship Ministries and youth and family ministries among other things. In communications we seek ways to communicate the mission and vision of the Mississippi Conference to members of local churches. In addition, we resource local churches as they seek to be a witness for Jesus Christ in their communities and around the world.
